This mansion will consist of 5 different floors (basement-full of underground farms, hangar, full of grinders, villager trading halls and planes (yes planes) the ground floor - aquarium!!! kitchen library map room super smelter and auto-storage, the 2nd floor - all 6 bedrooms with personal storage and appliances as well as an enderchest and the attic which will be junk storage and more.
This project will cost ~350k in blocks and materials and about 1.5m in spawners.
So far me (faze_Colyer) and funky_gibbon have completed about 40% of the exterior and 20% of the interior but the project is coming along nicely.
85 hours in and about 120 hours more to go -_-.
edit 1: Upgraded the aquarium, added some farms to the hangar area and completed the interior for the 2nd floor.

Edit 3: After a long 14-hour grind doing interior deco, roof making, beacon clocktower construction and gathering resources, I've decided to take a break for a week. In the meantime ill be working on a mega 12.4 million block $54.637/second cactus farm and a guardian farm which involves draining out just 90,755 water source blocks.
