Hello!
New progress on my project: Here are the three markets of Rouffach which took place on the three squares. There were generally small installations as represented on minecraft around fountains or wells. The buildings were usually inns, or houses with a shop on the ground floor.
You have to imagine the crowd of merchants, jugglers, musicians, shoppers and onlookers that brought these moments to life.
I also and especially built the Neuhaus of Rouffach, a house of the city built in 1544 which was used as a hall on the ground floor. On the east side, an oriel window overlooked the street. On the west side, a staircase gave access to the first floor.
Unfortunately, this building, which was supposed to be a jewel of Renaissance architecture, was destroyed in 1820 because it was considered too dilapidated and was to be replaced by the current town hall of Rouffach.
I was able to reproduce it here thanks to a partial view of the building in a lithograph and to an interior plan made before its demolition.
The map will be available for download once finished!

Nouvelles avancées sur mon projet: Voici les trois marchés de Rouffach qui se déroulaient sur les trois places. Il y avait généralement des petites installations comme représentées sur minecraft autour de fontaines ou de puits. Les bâtiments étaient généralement des auberges, ou des habitations accueillant un shop au rez de chaussée.
Il faut imaginer la foule de marchands, saltimbanques, musiciens, acheteurs et curieux qui donnaient vie à ces moments.
J'ai aussi et surtout construit la Neuhaus de Rouffach, une maison de la ville construite en 1544 qui servait de halles au rez de chaussée. Au niveau de la façade est, un oriel surplombait la rue. A l'ouest, un escalier permettait d'accéder à l'étage.
Malheureusement, ce bâtiment qui devait être un joyau de l'architecture renaissance a été détruit en 1820 car jugé comme trop vétuste et destiné à être remplacé par l'actuelle mairie de Rouffach.
J'ai pu le reproduire ici grâce à une vue partielle du bâtiment dans une lithographie et à un plan intérieur réalisé avant sa démolition.
La map sera en téléchargement une fois finie!
