I finally completed my spacecraft! The interior was indeed the hardest part. Yet I still got done with it in about 2 days. The spacecraft is consistent of 363417 blocks (I know. A lot smaller than I predicted) and spans 256 blocks wide, 256 blocks tall, and 504 blocks long. I hope you enjoy the spacecraft when downloaded. Spacecraft is free to use on your singleplayer and multiplayer worlds.
