McDonalds - Only One Command

Hello! Today, I've made another only one command, which adds tons of new food items and two new crafting benches!

Crafting:
Masher - Crafting Table + Iron Shovel
Slicer - Crafting Table + Iron Sword
Mashed Potato* - Throw Crunchy Potato onto Masher
Sliced Tomato* - Throw Tomato onto Slicer
Sliced Cucumber* - Throw Cucumber onto Slicer
Milky Mashed Potato - Mashed Potato + Milk Bucket
Burger Bun - Wheat + Sugar
Big Mac - Milky Mashed Potato + Lettuce + Cheese + Sliced Tomato + Sliced Cucumber + Burger Bun
* - Thrown onto a table, not floor crafting
All recipes (apart from ones marked with a *) are floor crafting

Tutorial:
Mine shrubs (taller grass) to get all the materials. To use the new crafting tables, just throw the materials
on top of them. To eat the Big Mac, look straight up!
