An open hall house, with two bedrooms, a outside toilet, a separated kitchen and a storage barn. Front of the house is a shop with entrance to the streets.

It's based on the design of the average medieval family house, so it's as realistic as it can get. I know there are other builds out there that look way more medieval, but this is actually as realistic as it can get.

It's a very basic design, with a central hall that extends all the way to the rooftop. In the center of the hall lies an open fire and on the two mezzanines there are beds. The front lower part of the hall is a shop, as was common. And the back serves as a library/study, for as far as houses back then had those.

The kitchen is located in a side building, which was also very common, just as the separate barn that acts as storage room. The toilet almost always was located outside, so here too it is.

I added a few garden features on the remainder of the plot, to make it look less empty. The whole things is fenced of, but the sides are open so you can build other structures directly next to it.
