I know that you are trying to go for detail, but you are using only two types of materials, but if you added windows, differnet materials, and realism, it would look better. But detail is good, and you are on the right track.

Thank you, I think. I know that it needs somehing else but I didn't want to add too many more materials or else I thought  it would be way too busy; I also wanted to try and build less realistic because that is my usual style.  This was my first build experimenting with this style so for future builds I will take your commnent into consideration. What would your material suggestion be?

I would suggest something in a darker material behind some of the cobblstone, and maybe the roof wood go out bit to the sides more? It might be better if there was space in the middle of the detail work, so it is framing wondows or something. Also connsider having more detail in the wall itself. The detail is like a coating, but using spruce wood logs on the corners or every three block may look good, maybe a spalsh of color and chimney too. Hope this helps!
