This is the last installment of the Medival Houses Series! In this segment of the Medival houses series, I will be talking about interior. I know, I know, I'm not the best at making interior, but I know what you should do.

When making a interior, you have two floors (usually) at your disposal. For the first floor, it must be cramped and dark. Containing this first floor should have a very tightly packed kitchen. Keep in mind in the medival times, even if you have a big house, you usually have a big family. So keep it very locked up!

On the second floor you should have some sort of master bedroom for you and the Mrs's. My master bedroom isn't all that great, but it should have the general idea of what I'm proposing.

So that's it for the medival houses series! If you have anything for me to add, comment on here or PM me! I will also put all of my buildings (plus more) into one big schematic, as a seprate project!

This was made on the Insomnia Server! Check them out!

I have been playing around with Medieval styles like this, but I just can't seem to get it right... Any tips? By the way, this house is awesome!

If you're having trouble with the Medieval/Nordic building, I have some tips. If you want to make the roof slanted, theres a pattern I use for all of my roofs. If you look in this picture, look how the roof gradually increases. It goes from a 1x1 regular block, and it goes up three levels. Then it goes 2x1 for around 5-6 levels. Then at the top, since it's 2x1, you add your slant, which is a wooden/cobble/stonbrick stair, then two slabs, then two regular blocks. It's hard to explain over chat, easier to show you, but thats the best I got. If you need anymore tips, there are some tip explanations in all of my medieval series!

Very nice! :D I love the way you did the lower half. I wonder if you couldn't make the space between the wall and the fence posts some sort of a garden? Anyway my only suggestion would be to place stairs upside down where the roof comes down. "^" It makes it look a bit fuller. Keep it up. :)

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll definitely implement it in my other medival builds :)
