Description
There is a portcullis gate by following a few tutorials on YouTube then combining them then added lamps as indicators for when the gate opens, closes or locked. works quite fast.
The Castle has lamps on the floor which are activated by button to a flip flop with a pulse limiter so it works fast
I realized since last time that there was no way to get into the walls... >derp< XD
now fixed by adding steps into a hole in the wall.
I have started a village made by villagers and there weird taste in building style, there is a farm with 30 wheat,
a church type building, and a random house and a fountain to the left of the castle.
Co-ords are X: 210 Z:506
I have no idea where you will spawn so just in case.
You can download world save to see the redstone stuff work.
planning on;
- using world edit to put onto a default landscape to build under it
- a village next to it (started)
- lava bridge
- hidden doors
- traps
- auto farm
- hidden stairways
- enchantment level select room
- outside lamps which work by light sensors

- added more skylights along the wall as it was horribly dark inside
- made a way inside the wall as I derped and forgot to last time
- started a village for NPCs who have a strange taste in building style
- made water flow down the sides of the gate into the wall
- spawned two villagers , priest and a blacksmith

and thanks for the walls post i am going to make a in side part of the castle for any one who wants one the walls are made by aegis_bumbledom i made an inside to it
i've done more to the walls and currently working on
light sensors outside for lamps not going so well so far
i haven't done much so it was hardly worth updating yet
