This map uses a data pack that increases the build height to 1024 blocks. The data pack can be found here.
The entire map is a giant Menger Sponge. Take a cube and divide it into 27 smaller, equally sized cubes. Remove the center cube from each face, as well as the middle cube, and repeat indefinitely. This Menger Cube stops at the 6th iteration, making the total map volume 729 x 729 x 729 blocks.
