The ATC tower from DayZ is a very unique structure that can be found at the vybor airbase in chernarus. I have attempted to re-create it with a cleaned up interior. Most rooms are fully furnished and detailed, however the second floor couldn't be accessed.
It has 3 main buildings attached: ATC building, garage, and the workshop.
