Minecart splitter experiments

I'll put some pictures up later, these are experimental projects to break up heavily congested or even stacked minecarts. Consists of:
1. highspeed-track-splitter, a modified 1 tick clock rigged to a track switch to send every second minecart to a different destination.
2. stacked-minecart-splitter, fires a single stack of minecarts against a wall then across a 3 block gap to break them up into separate carts. A crazy idea I made purely by accident.
