This simple but awesome red stone bank uses two AND gates, some torches and some doors to create a friendly but safe bank environment.

There are 6 levers, but half of these are decoy levers that connect a clock to a wall of dispensers behind lava, holding a large amount of arrows.

Here is an example of how the bank works, in a sort of storytale fashion. Steve has just found a cluster of 12 diamonds underground and needs somewhere secure to stash it. So, he goes to his local Bank. He walks up the stairs and opens an account with the receptionist, who replies by giving him the code. He goes downstairs, and notices a button on the wall. Below the button there is a sign saying OPEN/CLOSE. He presses it and enters the vault. Inside the vault he presses the button marked LOCK/UNLOCK and a red stone torch beneath a sign saying locked glows. He puts in the code using the levers on the wall, and the iron doors on the bedrock room open, revealing 2 ender chests. Steve hears a click, and two diamonds spit out from dispensers in the cielong as a form of "interest". He places his diamond in the chest, resets the levers and presses the LOCK/UNLOCK button and the doors open. He leaves the bank, happy that his diamonds are safe at last.

But, all is not well, as the evil Herobrine (Sorry, evil, minecraft, couldn't help it :D) heard of the bank, and goes in to raid it. He enters the vault, and puts in a random code using the levers on the wall. He hears a piston fire, and flaming arrows fire out of the back wall and, he is dead.

So basically, there are fail safes in place to keep your precious items safe and secure.

~~Questions you may have~~

What if someone breaks the chests? Well, A. Ender chests are indestructable, and B, if for some weird reason they can break the chest, a pitfall trap is activated and they fall to their death. Can I have the download? Well, their are two things I want to get to do first. 1. I want to get to the 75% mark so the bank is awesome. 2. I want to see if I can get 15 diamonds. If I get 15 diamonds before I get to the 75% mark I will release the bank early! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
