Here is a jar switcher I made using the batch language (A.K.A. windows only) to go from a 1.8 server to 1.9 with ease. Originally it was just that, and eventually I got bored and expanded it with new and better features.
Now it comes with Alpha-RC2 jars and is easy to use.
-Steps-

2.) extract files to your username
3.) Press move_jar.bat
4.) and your done
