This device can take stored data from memory storage and transfer it over a single redstone line to a decoder and then transfer it to another data storage device, which from there can be used to power different things, it is infinitely stackable although you need to adjust the timing when you add a repeater by getting rid of one delay on the orange redstone line above it.
