/replaceitem entity @etype=Giant slot.weapon minecraft:written_book 1 255
You can do this with food and you can eat some huge blocks XD
To get thoose blocks write like this :
/give @p minecraft:item_name 1 255
*NOT WORKING FOR TOOLS AND WEAPONS*
dont forget to
DIAMOND and FAVORITE
