Ok dude, thx for response, i will think on your response until next time i build a medieval boat.

And idk why the youtube tutorial are not there, i will check this problem

It is tiny, can you even walk from the back to the front of the ship without going into the water?
Furthermore, the halfslabs will look bad in the water since Minecraft treats it as a full block. Meaning there will be air under the hull, creating a bad look.

You 'updated' the project to include a tutorial.
First, this is so small we do not need one. Second, the tutorial is nowhere to be found.

This is quite sad because it could have been so much better.
