This is a device used for the famous plug-in plots.
It is a big improvement from my previous 2 versions since it now looks like to actual plot from the plug-in. This wasn't possible at the time I made them, which was aroung the 1.6 snapshots. Now they are flat, square, and uses the Title command to tell the owner of the plots that a player has gone into their territory.
Please leave a suggestion or another build I should do and leave a diamond if you'd like.
