MinecraftSide Server-Project

My Idea:
So i recently got into the computer game "Planet Side 2". A game where you join a legion and fight others.I then noticed many ways to implement this concept into Minecraft.

So just imagine it... a World in Minecraft. With Several Regions that players would be able to visit, each with their own geographical singularities. The server would flow the same way as the game stated before. 1. A Player joins, 2. He chooses one of the (however many) serverwide Factions/Legions to join (each with their own specialties), 3. Are welcomed and put through a speedy tutorial, where the player learns about the Legions History classes and specialties, 4. Join the Server's Main continent where the players would then conquer land using a Factions-Like Plugin.

The above is just the basics, there would be so many possibilities with this server (which i am 100%open to hear)

Here are some features i could think of off the top of my head for MinecraftSide:
- Players (faction members) having the permission to claim land for their Legion.
- Players would Donate to move up in Ranks of their Region, or to switch regions, or anything that gives more power
- Players would have the option to choose not to join a Legion, and live in their own Faction (option would be expensive, and hardest)
- Legions would be led by one Special Player Rank that would be incharge of the Legions Functionality. They would have to know the in-and-outs of the server plugin. they would be named like King or something.
- Legions would consist of their own Mini-server-like ranks being: " Member (classes within) > Moderator ( help the players in the legion and incharge of starting war with other legions) > King " * suggestions needed *
- Some sort of minigame land, where players can show off how good they are
- Server-Wide Moderators that arent apart of a Legion/Faction that help and resolve player problems or conflicts.
- Admins, that handle any server problems/bugs

I wont start this Sever Project unless i have a Strong, Loyal, Smart, Selfless, Dedicated Team to help me get it started.
The Possibilities are Endless with this. Server would be intended for large amounts of players, which would need donations, in order to purchase a VPS. But everything starts off small.
