Crafting:
Time Rune - Clock + End Crystal
All recipes are floor crafting

Tutorial:
To use your Time Rune, drop it. In doing so, you will freeze all entities (but players) within ten blocks
of you! These mobs will not move or be affected by gravity, and cannot be pushed, unless attacked!
