To let you know, the world seed is the seed for the world itself, so if you want to show a cool natural structure then put the world seed, but anything you have made on the world wont spawn.  To make the world able to be downloaded you first have to download and install either WinRAR or 7zip, I prefer WinRAR.

Follow this to go to your saves folder, (assuming you are on PC)  Type in the box in a folder that has someting along the lines of C:\Users\ and type "%appdata%" -->.minecraft --> saves -->[choose which world you want saved and right-click on it] --> go down until it says "Add to archive"  This will add this world to a winRAR folder which can be saved on your desktop.  This part you need a file sharing web-program, I use Mediafire because of its simplicity.  Once you have created your account on the program, upload your.rar or .zip file into it and copy the direct download lin for the file. 

Come back to your PMC project page and click "Update Project."  Scroll down to "World Download URL" and paste the link there.  This will enable people to download your world.



Another tip is that to take an in-game screenshot, press the "F2" button on your keyboard while in game.  Follow the same procedure to get the the .minecraft folder, but this time head to "screenshots" instead of "Saves."
