So, welcome to this... this... yea
So, you've found yourself here wondering... What IS Mizu no Kabe (水の壁)
and why are there Japanese characters in brackets?
No real reason... I just like Japan... :P
Ok, and about the world, that is why you're here, right?
Mizu no Kabe (水の壁), is a small city, floating in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by tall walls of water, hence the name.
This could also be considered unoriginal ideas "fan fiction" or something, for it's creation was the result of a "coming together" of two nations, in a fictional universe.

Earth and Water came together to form a ctiy that would take advantage of their own bending and to escape the war, if you haven't guessed yet, this is set in the Avatar: The Last Airbender world.
and so, Mizu no Kabe was created... in one day*
(The world download is fixed, yay, MediaFire didn't like the Japanese characters in the name)
*Not in real life, it actually took about a week, of doing a little here, and little there :P
