Hey! i need help to build up my Minecraft mmorpg server!  

i need help with
-Build Medevial houses
-build a nice terrain
-custom items (etc weaponds with 45+ damage 10% health 10%block 13%slowness)
-mobs (mobs with custom armor and health...)
-mobdrop (they should drop random weapond with randoms specs)


Sry for bad english :/   but i hope you understand everything
btw im from sweden :P

I could make custom weapons/items, I just need to know what plugin you're using for that. If its a plugin I don't know I'll learn it in no time and get to work.
