Here is another Minecraft farm of my conception.

The goal is to produce zombie, skeleton and creeper heads using charged creepers.



How does it Work?

Creepers are captured inside minecarts during thunderstorm for them to be converted into charged creepers. Then, they are stored inside a water bubble elevator (easy storage + blast resistant).

When the storage is full or when there is no thunder anymore, the farm switches to general mob production. Zombies, creepers and skeletons are sorted and send to the control room. The player can choose what head to get.



How to Operate?

Minecarts are used to store safely the charged creepers and prevent them from de-spawning. A double chest in the control room is used to refill the minecart buffer. Note that when the farm is used, the minecarts can be cycled back after the charged creeper explosion.

To get a mob head, the player has to make a charged creeper explodes near another mob. The player simply needs to click on the charged creeper dispenser button before selecting what mob to kill. When both are inside the control room, just right click with a flint and steel to ignite the creeper. Even without any armour piece, nearly no damage is dealt to the player thanks to the slabs.
