only cleared the land with mcedit rest by hand, you can't get something this good using only mcedit, not being proud

I was wondering what the co-ordinates are for this house? I can't seem to find this 'villa', and it looks really good. :(

Maybe it's just me but I spawned in the middle of nowhere and I can't seem to find it, even after flying around for a while... Can you please update with the correct spawn point or reply saying what the x, y, and z are? Thanks!
