Ciao Salut... Sava biene? I love your new builds. They look amazing. The flat monochromatic colour palate is great at instillng a strong 60's modernist feel. Can I ask how you get that scatter effect on the ground? You use its visual to great affect in others of your builds too.

Thank you for your comment ! :) I use this pattern: Stone, gravel, cobblestone and quartz block with a modified Flows HD texture pack :)
