Harmony of Past and Present: Modern Home Within Ancient Ruins
Once abandoned by humans, these ruins are mostly teeming with life. Insects, animals and a variety of plants have found refuge in the cracks and niches of this time-scarred structure.
This project is a tribute to biodiversity and to the extraordinary fusion of past and present. The message of the project is that we should rethink destroying structures that are at first sight useless for humans, but also think about the living ecosystem inside. Merging of humans and ecosystems can be a thing too.
