Hi everyone,
The title says it all. This is a Modern House Pack (which I will be doing more of soon).
This pack consists of 4 Modern Houses and so will each other pack .
They can be used for your own, private use or public use (as long as credits are given to yours truly :p)
Feel free to tweak them and let me know if you have any ideas for the next pack (coming soon)!

The big one is a family house and the small one (hard to see) is a beach house/apartment
