Hi, been awhile since I posted my last project since I was working on this house. I have to say, I wasn't very happy with my other houses so I decided to make this one which I am definitely proud of. This is my best work so far, really shows off my own style and technique of building houses.
This villa is quite a lot of compacted features in a small area, being 3 stories high and only taking a small space (well small compared to my other houses). It has the basic kitchen, really nice bedroom, shower, office, dining room, pool table and entertainment room. But I also included an indoor pond, and pool, a outdoor BBQ area, TV and also lots of creativity. I didn't lay the whole ceiling with glowstone like my otherhouses, had to be more creative this time
I included a very nice world download, and also the original which was a schematic. The schematic is very simple only including the house.
Also, there is a fountain which I decided to throw it in, I did not make it.

ok my first update to this house. Originally I thought that the front of the house was a bit too empty so I decided to add a swimming pool and some random structure thingy. I added stuff to the balcony (go look at screenies :D)
Changed the layout of the front, added some more blocky patterns, schematic stays the same for now, might change it later. Got rid of the adfly thingy because I'm not getting any money anyway, 50 cents is nothing to me. If the world save doesn't work report it to me.
Quite a big update... not sure if I would do more but I might add another house
