This is a modern housing district comprised of eco-friendy wooden apartment structures. The apartment structures are designed with conveniency and morale in mind. The first floor of all of the buildings consist of markets, lounges, cafes, small gyms, etc. Floors 2-5 consist of varied-sized housing units. Furthermore, the residential district is lathered with vegetation, trees, open balconies, and solar units.

Yup. Downloading this one! Love it because it's more traditonal but still modern. I like builds like that!
