This is a modern rowhouse design, which is often found in German developing areas.
In this house, there are four apartments with three floors each. The main entrance is in the middle one.
Also, there is a underground parking lot, a trash bin area and a bicycle stand.

There are no interior decoration, feel free to download and design it yourself!

Hey, I love all your builds. I have to ask though is there anyway you could build like a small neighborhood for my server. I want an area where players can buy/rent homes sorta like a gated community, Anyways keep up the good work.

I'm sorry, but I sadly don't have time for this. Nevertheless you can download my building and create a neiborhood by yourself. You can use all of my buildings, just give some credits by placing some signs. :)
