Mmmmm... sorry, but I really can't tell it is steampunk at this level. Steampunk requires technological/rennasaince type add ons, such as big fans, gears, clocks, windmills, propellors, etc. I would recommend those to be added, otherwise it is just medieval.

Also, modern/steampunk??? Dude, those are like two totally opposite styles. If you pull this off well, you get my respect.
