This is my first real attempt at a modern house, so let me know what you think :)
The house features 3 living rooms, a kitchen and dining space, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a outdoor living area. All fit into a 38 x 38 Plot, perfect for any server city.
Texture pack is a custom mix of Soartex and Misa's Realistic.
