It's a nice house :) But I would make a flat roof on a modern building. I like the garden and this kind of bridge. Perhaps you could show some interrior because thats important too :)

Chest filling isn't necessary but building a kitchen/ a bath room/ living room etc. this would be nice :)

Bathroom is in the basement, kitchen is by the glass part and living-room is supposed to be upstairs with thw painting (tv)
