Modest Town Hall

[​Now with download] A fairly small (fits within a 21x21 block area), modestly detailed town hall. The first floor is for the town council chambers, while the second floor is reserved for offices. The hallway on the second floor is styled as a sort of waiting room with chairs, tables with reading materials and a grandfather clock, just to rub in how slow bureaucracy moves. Only the mayor's office is furnished. The attic space is left empty.
