I created this project a few years ago and later abandoned it. A month ago I decided to re-build this in hardcore survival at 1.17.1 version.

Build log:
Day 219:   Survival base is mostly complete, Elytra is acquired. The base contains a barn with animal pens, small crop and pumpkin farm, a villager breeder, and iron farm. and an underground mob farm. There is is a main storage and mineshaft buildings under the central point of the future cathedral.

Day 387:   Added a big wool farm for all colors and a few villager trading post + built the main platforms for the cathedral.

Day 471:  Western nave of the cathedral is completed.

Day 556:  Top point reached. The spire is mostly made of copper, it will look much better oxidized.

Day 740:  Cathedral external design is completed, spire i now oxidized.

Day 794:  I completed the cathedral internals with altars, confession room, organ, benches etc...

Day 927   Added the "Sleeping Beauty" tower. Most of the southern sections of the abbey is now complete (The exterior only :( )

Day 984  Completed the Cloisters and the Old Dormitory building.

Day 1168  NW abbey garden and surrounding structures are completed.
