To use the command you must go in 1.8 or more, give you a command block (/give name command_block), enter the command (the command: http://pastebin.com/beyyMWaq). After do that a structure will spawn witha lot of command block and it will give you new mobs eggs and the mobs will spawn. There is 5 new mobs :
-Penguin: This is a passive mob. It can spawn spawn in frost biomes.
-Bird: This is a passive mob. It can spawn evreywere in theworld exept spawn in frost biomes.
-Bee: This is a passive mob. It can spawn evreywere in theworld exept spawn in frost biomes.
-Fish: This is a passive mob. It can spawn in water.
-Cyclope: This is an agressive mob. It can spawn in desert. This mob shoot laser to kill you.
