I have created something that is not a one command creation, as I did not know how to compress it, but is a vanilla minecraft mod. It adds TNTx5, TNTx15, TNTx50, and Snake TNT to Minecraft! I think your favourite will be the Snake TNT.

Note: The Snake TNT is a death machine to the nearest player in survival/adventure. In creative mode you're safe. The reason it's a death machine is because the Snake TNT follows the nearest survival player.
