Im new to this somebody tell me how to add the map and put the downlod button???

To add the map, you'll need a mediafire or dropbox account (both are free).  Take the world save and compress it into a .zip or .rar file.  Once you have that, upload the compressed file to mediafire/dropbox and copy the link to the download prompt on the 'Update project' page.
