Mountain Keep

This is a project I worked on for a while. The intention was to create a fortress/keep that was almost impossible to conquer. The fortress has gates, underground sections, a natural water source that can't be poisoned and a closed sewer system that allows watr to flow away to prevent diseases.

The castle consists of 3 parts: The front ( and underground defense system), the keep (The place where the lord lives and where the main defense is located), and the valley in the back with the second keep ( A fortress that holds the barracks and an independant keep that has own sewers, water sources, food sources etc.

The reason I built this castle pretty much only using cobblestone was because I hated cobble to death and only used blocks. The aim was to get respect for the material and see how and when it could be useful.

I chose this seed because of the epic mountain. I saw a video on YouTube made by BadInfos and he challenged anyone to build a castle there, so that's what I did.
