Navigate to a post made by you that you would like to update. In the top left corner, right above the diamond button, a blue button with a notepad icon reading "Update Project" should be displayed. Click on it, then you can edit your post however you would like.

To add an actual update to the update log, select the tab labeled "Update Logs" where you can fill out and post a new update.
