This town won't be rated, but contains homes built by people whom i respect on the server whether it be their building skills or their helpfulness in the community. In this way, it will never be done, but that's kind of the fun of it. I don't enforce a time limit on builds as long as it doesn't stretch on for several months. Trust me, these are small plots to build on, so I've never been approached about the time limit.
