Herøyhav - MotorShip
This is my work in progress ship the M/S Herøyhav, from what i know it is a Norwegian fishing trawler. As you can see from comparing the photos, it is only loosely based as it looked far too white when i was going for a replica. The internet is being a persistent ass when building this as from what i have gathered there are 2 different models, the H-520-Hø and the M-250-Hø. The one i am attempting to make is the second version that i mentioned however sometimes it is hard to tell which boat is which and so i have came across a few errors. However this is not likely to look like the final outcome. Any feedback, please leave a comment below.
Update 1
I have went all over the internet and saved photos specifically of the M-250 model so that there is no more confusion over which ship is which. I also acted upon some feedback from augusterle2000 and made the white line which runs through the hull thinner, however in order to do this effectively there had to be a gap formed as a result. I also made changes to the front of the ship and raised its tip to be more suited to the irl version, as well as placed carpet all along the fence. Few minor other changes but nothing too special.
Update 2
With update 2 I started by changing the iron/meshy textured trap door I had for the railing into the glass variation as it was generally more appealing to look at and suited the railings used irl more. I also painstakingly spent ages searching the internet for a decent picture of the back end of the Herøyhav M-250 however, these were in extremely short supply and from complicated angles thus i had to improvise on a lot of it. I did manage to figure out the basic principles of how it works although, i have missed out trawl doors as i thought they would ruin the look. From learning the mechanisms i started to build up the "cranes" and tear them down many times until i got something that i became happy with, i also added a net running through the system which was originally a silver colour but i changed it to red in order to stand out more among the grey/white colour scheme.

Have something to say?
i would make that white line going through the hull a little thinner, one block thick should be fine.
for now i can't tell you much more to improve that i can see on the pictures, there are still quite a few things missing, because this is an early work-in-progress i assume.
<Edit> i just saw that you use a resource pack to use stairs for the hull, so makeing the line thinner would be difficoult, lol xD
keep up the good work! ^-^
