You can import the different mushrooms as as second world or schematics and copy and paste them as you like around yoru maps, where fitting!
You are free to use them wherever you want, but you are required to give credit, and specify that they come from LanguageCraft :)

From the screenshots, it looks like they're supposed to have the inner texture on all sides, just like stem blocks with the damage value of 0, so I changed them to have that damage value in MCEdit, which made them appear in-game.
I'm wondering how you were able to see and build with them in-game yourself. Did you build them in a modded version of Minecraft?
In any case, I would suggest updating the world save file to a version where all the damage value 13 mushroom blocks have been replaced with damage value 0 blocks, so others who want to use your creation aren't confused when they see it in-game. I'd be happy to send you the version where I made that fix myself if that's easier for you.
Great models, btw. You did a great job of capturing mushrooms' actual shape.
