This is my first "proper" house in Minecraft :) and on MyCities server.

I started playing Minecraft around Christmas 2012. First, one or two days on a single and then straight to the free build server I fell in love with at the first sight. Though I've visited a couple of other servers, I've stayed with them since then.

While building the house I learned how to use different tools and craft things. I would go to the survival map, get the items, fight the mobs and bring back all the necessary materials to my plot. Building a house on MyCities is a trial. When you start on the server - you're a Newbie, when your project is accepted, you become a Townsman/woman - a full member of MyCities building community.

It took me about 6 month to complete the house to the liking of Ganton - the server Architect. He was a very demanding judge, and he kept saying my house looked too square and blocky. "Square and blocky??? What's the problem?" I thought, "It's Minecraft, right?" But today I know what he meant.
