My name is Amy, and I decided to get a little creative, on the server, Play.sg.mc.org. It offers a range of different things to do, like a Creative server. I wasn't sure what to do at first. I was extremely BAD at building but blindly wanted to make something, so, I grabbed a plot and began work. It took me 5 plots to get serious at what I was building. I wanted to make a town, but without world edit I had to do a stone brick floor by hand. This took hours of clicking and huffing, but alas, my building had begun. The next day I added roads to the floor, and divided my towns into parts. I built a few stalls and a Starbuck like Café. I left it for a while, and came back a week later. I felt refreshed and more positive about building, so I added a head shop. (Heads of Youtubers, Collected on the server.) I got bored easily and visited some other peoples plots. I found one with a statue of the owners skin on. I thought it looked cool, so decided to make myself, on the outskirts of my town. The statue looked a bit strange alone, so I wanted to add more. I decided on doing my favorite Yogscasters; Duncan, Sijn, Simon, Lewis and Sips. They took a hour or less each, and I did one each daily. By now I wanted to add more, so I added SkyDoesMinecraft. I left it for a while, and came back 2weeks later. I invited people to see my plot, and got good feedback, which made it easy to add HuskyMudkipz to the collection. I met a friend on Skype and made his skin. (Which I found out was a lot easier to make alone) I learned how to make swords for my statues to hold, so I added my 'version' of a Emerald Tekkit sword for Duncan. I quickly after learned how to make other tools, and gave Sijn a Diamond hoe, Lewis a torch, and Simon a Golden shovel. Then I added a tall building to the city and am currently on the second. I made Deadlox, Jerome (Complete with his Diamond axe) and Bajan. I then made xRpmx13 and Bashur. Each time I made a statue, I made sure I had half of the screen the Minecraft window and the other half a picture of the skin, so I didn't have to keep reopening and closing windows. Sadly, I've ran out of room, and as I cannot pay for a higher rank, I can only have 1 plot. However, I haven't told the best part. One night, around ten, I thought of my favourite mob, The Iron Golem. I looked up the dimensions and after much thought, began construction. To my surprise, it took me three hours, and looked.. Awesome. I invited people to the plot again and got a lot of good feedback! I had finally done what I'd wanted to do. Make a good plot, something people like, and I'd done it myself. However, if it hadn't of been for those positive commenters I'd have given up, so even though I met you for about 3 minutes, Thanks. I really appreciate it.
