Hello There,
Just about yesterday I realized that a lot of building looked cool because they were original. They had something that a regular build didn't have. On pmc, you can find plenty of those. But the originality didn't end there. I saw that people began to use their same piece of originality over and over again, and by spotting it, you could see who built it instantly. You could recognize their style.
I found out that I had 2 old houses from way earlier with that kind of thing, but they weren't very good. Since I had no idea of what I would name it, I called it late-medieval and posted them a bit earlier from now. But I liked the concept, so I decided, after learning a lot since when I built those 2 houses, to give it new life. It turned out nice in my opinion, and this concept will be my style from now on.
It exists from quite bulky foundations, one lair of stone, and above having a wall of birch logs decorated with spruce wood and greenery. The steep roof has a curve to it, and for every step up there is a beam of dark oak running horizontal trough the roof. I think it looks nice, and there aren't really any other houses like that. Though, it doesn't really feel urban, if I were to make a town of these I might make some more urban modifications. But at the end of the day, I love it, and I'm proud to call this my style. You can link me to your style in the comments, or use this style yourself, though don't forget to credit me for the inspiration if you do.
Download will be available if requested. I'm very sorry for the mess in the background.
