Mythlore: The Saga (MCmmoRP Project)

I am the head of the new Mythlore Minecraft project that is an
experiment to create an entirely new kind of Minecraft experience, one
that won't get boring over time. The server will have an interective
questing system like WoW or Aion, with the choices you make affecting your destiny like Fable, and complete with custom texture packs and plugins with VIP perks. New content and a new
part of the story will be released each month to keep the users coming
back for more. Want to be a part of this endeavor? Message me! Server is officially in production as of December 2014 with a release date of late January 2015.

The
Creation:

1. I need builders to build the layout for the elemental towns.

     a.) Terrax- Land of Earth- Covered Rooftop Biome with earth and forest related quests. Custom mob: Treant
     b.) Vention- Land of Air- Floating island city with parkour and sky-related quests. Custom Mob: Gryphon
     c.) Igniteon- Land of Fire- Underground city with tunnel systems and underground related quests. Custom Mob: Phoenix
     d.) Aguare- City of Water- Watery Ruins of a once great castle with water related quests. Custom Mob: Leviathan

2. I need builders to start expanding Castle Moor and the temples
    
a.) Castle Moor is a mystical castle located at spawn. When a new Chapter is released in the saga, a new part of the castle will open up, leading to new quests and delving deeper into the mysteries of the castle.
     b.) Each of the Elemental Towns have an Elemental temple. The temple is filled with dangerous parkour and trials by both mob and triggers, at some point in their quest line, every player will have to go through and pass the trials and claim the reward waiting for them on the other side.

3. I need Moderators
   
a.) With how unique, intricate, and different everything is from Vanilla MC, I need mods that are willing to not only moderate the players, but also help prepare the server for the next release.

4. The Playthrough
   
  a.) Their Destiny- So how does this all work? Well, when the player spawns in Mythlore for the first time, they spawn deep within the core of Castle Moor (Spawn). From there they can choose one of four paths: Water, Air, Fire, or Earth. This divides them into their individual nation and starts them on their questing string. Also, this allows users to have an individual journey that may take them in different directions as they spread out across the world. Also, this keeps from having a bunch of player builds at spawn. The Destiny Path starts them off in a sort of adventure mode, and then expands as they get more and more access the more they progress.
     b.) The Quests- Villager based quests allow users to take on missions in a sequential order thanks to permissions, groups, and BetonQuest. The quests are done for other quest items or gems, the currency of Mythlore. Through quests, fighting in the arena, and helping their town, users can level up.
     c.) Starter Towns- In the beginning, every player is stranded on their elemental town. The town consists of houses for rent, Villager quests, open land, and the Elemental temple. This may be expanded on in future Chapters. Eventually the player progresses to the point of leaving the town and goes out into the bigger MC world to start their own town or find hidden chests or build to their heart's content until new content is released.
     d.) The Greater World of Mythlore- Eventually the server will progress to where there are multiple player towns outside of the Elemental towns. This opens up a whole new ballpark for politics and allianses and opens up the different Elemental heroes to each other.
     e.) The Chapters- Each month a new Chapter in the lore of Mythlore is released. This will be new content and quests usually released in two parts. One, a new part of Castle Mythlore opens up. Two, A new part of the elemental town is opened up to player access. This keeps the server evolving and also prevents players from hopping server if they get bored.
     f.) Classes and Skills- Unfortunately, LordKainzo hasn't updated the Heroes plugin in awhile so I am still searching for a plugin to allow users to pursue a specific class. More details to be posted when I have them.

5. What I Need:
     a.) Between 8-10 initial builders
     b.) 6 Moderators
     c.) 3 Coders and Engineers
     d.) 2 Lore-Writers

All teams would have custom channels on the server's Teamspeak, Mythlore full privelages, and work with me to create what is going to be one of the most profitable, in-depth servers out there for MC. The money received through VIP perks and player purchases gets split among the whole team in regards to the amount of work they put in! Elemental Towers at Spawn are built. The coding has started but isn't quite finished yet. Warps are set for the elemental towns but they aren't yet built.
