The Necro Dragon, named Vryzathor, is a creature that defies the natural order, rising from the bones of ancient dragons long since perished. Once a noble guardian of life, Vryzathor was corrupted by a necromantic curse, turning its once majestic form into a grotesque, undead abomination. Its decaying wings stretch across the sky, blotting out the sun, while its body is adorned with bones and tattered scales that hang loosely from its skeletal frame. The dragon’s breath is not fire, but a cloud of deathly miasma that withers life and drains the soul from anything it touches.
Vryzathor rules over a desolate, cursed wasteland where the dead do not rest, and the living fear to tread. Skeletons of ancient beasts and fallen warriors rise from the ground as the dragon passes, serving its dark will. Its eyes glow with an eerie, sickly green light, and its roar carries the despair of countless lost souls. Legends say that Vryzathor’s heart is a blackened crystal, pulsing with the energy of death, and that those who seek to defeat it must destroy this heart or be consumed by the dragon’s dark magic. Wherever it flies, death follows, and entire kingdoms have crumbled into ruin under its shadow.
Yet, there are rumors that within Vryzathor’s decaying form, a faint trace of its former self still lingers, a sliver of its old, noble spirit buried beneath layers of necromantic corruption. Some believe that if the dragon’s curse could be lifted, Vryzathor would be restored to its former glory as a protector of life. However, breaking such a curse is nearly impossible, for the magic binding the Necro Dragon is ancient and powerful. Until then, Vryzathor remains a harbinger of death, a relentless force of undeath that spreads darkness across the land, leaving nothing but ruin in its wake.
