i love this! i have a team of builders and we could help you build. if you want you could put t on our server (no hamachi) and over 40 plugins we would love to have you in our team you could also become admin on the server if you like

I just started to build a residence but after it didn't looked like a residence so I don't have any ideas what it otherwise could be. I think your idea with the hotel isn't bad :D
