this is a great design that i have been working on for a nether portal. its for my survival island that i'm building on a server, and i looked around didn't see any great portal designs in survival. So i'm going to post this up and anyone can use this for their world. You don't need to use the island part for your portal, but just the way that it is decorated around the portal.

But it may not be fully done. Because I'm changing it from the original design and trying to find out what looks best.
